Role Overview
The Operations Manager owns and scales MyMotor’s core operations across every state and union territory in India.
The role covers user-facing workflows, external partners, payment reconciliation, support escalations, and cross-functional operational reliability.
Core Process Ownership
- Own the transaction lifecycle from request or check through payment, settlement, status update, and refund handling.
- Improve turnaround times for status updates and settlements.
- Build SOPs for failed transactions, pending payments, duplicate cases, disputed records, and refund escalations.
Partners and Data Sources
- Track state and government-linked portals and data sources that MyMotor depends on.
- Coordinate with authorities, data providers, and aggregator partners to resolve mismatches, downtime, and policy or process changes.
- Adapt internal workflows to regulatory and procedural changes.
Payments and Reconciliation
- Work with payment gateway partners across UPI, cards, and net banking to support high transaction success rates.
