The company is hiring a Store Manager / Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, improve business performance, and support company growth.
The role covers store operations, employee management, suppliers, production and service coordination, reporting, marketing, and digital content.
Key responsibilities
- Improve customer satisfaction and monitor the quality of operations and services.
- Manage employees, organize work, monitor performance, and motivate teams.
- Manage suppliers and oversee procurement and supply operations.
- Supervise and coordinate production and service departments.
- Identify business challenges and implement practical solutions.
- Increase productivity and improve team performance, operational efficiency, and service quality.
- Prepare weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, and annual business reports.
- Monitor advertising, promotions, digital content, and social media publishing.
- Contribute to operational and marketing strategies for business growth.
Experience required
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in store management, operations management, or a similar managerial position.
- Applicants should provide clear details of previous experience and highlight measurable achievements where possible.
Requirements and skills
- Strong leadership, employee management, problem-solving, decision-making, organization, planning, and time-management skills.
- Ability to prepare and analyze business and operational reports.
- Knowledge of marketing and digital content management.
- Ability to work under pressure, achieve targets, and communicate effectively with customers, employees, and suppliers.
- Arabic and English proficiency, written and spoken, is an advantage.
Compensation
- Monthly salary ranges from AED 2,500 to AED 3,500, with the final amount determined by experience, competence, and qualifications.
