Job Responsibilities

Manage and oversee day-to-day operations of the advertising and signage company.
Plan and coordinate production, installation, maintenance, and delivery activities.
Supervise operations, production, installation, and site teams.
Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
Monitor project schedules, costs, quality, and timely completion.
Prepare work schedules and allocate manpower and resources efficiently.
Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety requirements, and client specifications.
Handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues promptly.
Coordinate with sales and management teams for new projects and quotations.
Monitor material requirements, stock, and procurement activities.
Prepare regular operational reports for management.

Requirements

Minimum five years of experience in advertising, signage, branding, and interior fit-out.
Strong knowledge of advertising and signage production and installation processes.
Good leadership, communication, and team-management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Good knowledge of MS Office and reporting.
Qatar driving license is preferred.
English and Hindi are preferred languages.
