The role manages crane fleet operations, site activities, operators, rigging teams, clients, projects, and rental opportunities.

Manage daily operations of the mobile crane rental division.
Plan crane dispatch, job scheduling, and site operations.
Supervise crane operators, riggers, drivers, and operational staff.
Ensure lifting activities comply with UAE safety regulations and HSE standards.
Prepare and review lifting plans and site requirements before equipment deployment.
Coordinate maintenance to ensure fleet availability and equipment reliability.
Maintain client and project manager relationships.
Identify business opportunities and generate crane rental sales.
Prepare and follow up on quotations and project proposals.
Negotiate rental terms and secure projects.
Monitor fleet utilization and operational efficiency.
Prepare operational and sales reports for management.

At least five years of experience in crane rental, heavy equipment rental, or construction.
