Role overview
Operations Manager role within Haute Dolci’s central team, covering company-owned and franchised locations.
The hands-on position is responsible for operational consistency, service excellence, brand standards, training, and procedures across the estate.
The role requires regular UK travel and periodic international travel to locations in Kuwait and Pakistan, with further US travel expected.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver on-site and remote training across company-owned and franchise locations.
- Conduct audits and site visits, identify gaps, and implement corrective action plans.
- Support franchisee onboarding, brand compliance, and consistent guest experience delivery.
- Develop SOPs for front-of-house, back-of-house, and management functions.
- Support new-location openings through pre-opening training and operational setup.
- Monitor operational performance and present recommendations to senior leadership.
- Ensure training meets health and safety, food hygiene, and legislative requirements.
Essential experience and skills
- Experience in an operations, training, or multi-site hospitality management role.
