Role Description
Yousco Holiday Homes is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee daily activities across its holiday-home portfolio.
This is a full-time, on-site role in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The role coordinates property readiness, housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily property operations and ensure properties are ready for guest arrivals.
- Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services.
- Monitor reservations and occupancy and support smooth check-in and check-out.
- Manage vendor relationships and monitor service quality.
- Supervise, train, and support team members.
- Handle operational issues and guest concerns promptly and professionally.
- Develop procedures to improve efficiency and guest satisfaction.
- Track KPIs and report operational results to leadership.
- Support compliance with local regulations and company standards.
- Assist with budget management and cost control.
Qualifications
- Strong operations management skills in hospitality or property management.
- Experience in team leadership, staff supervision, performance management, and training.
