Operations Management
- Plan, organize and supervise daily manpower supply operations.
- Deploy manpower according to client requirements and monitor allocation across projects and sites.
- Optimize manpower utilization and maintain uninterrupted availability for ongoing projects.
Client and Workforce Management
- Serve as the primary client contact for manpower requirements and deployment schedules.
- Resolve client concerns and conduct regular client visits to monitor service quality.
- Coordinate with HR and Recruitment on sourcing.
- Monitor attendance, leave, transfers, replacements, performance and productivity.
Documentation and Logistics
- Verify visas, Emirates IDs, labour cards and other required worker documentation.
- Manage workforce mobilization and demobilization.
- Coordinate employee transport, accommodation and camp welfare.
- Coordinate with the PRO department on documentation and renewals.
Financial and Performance Control
- Monitor operational expenses and manpower-related costs.
- Verify client timesheets and manpower utilization reports.
- Coordinate with Accounts on invoicing and payroll support.
- Prepare reports and monitor KPIs for deployment, client satisfaction and workforce utilization.
