Operations Manager

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily last-mile delivery operations across assigned regions.
• Supervise fleet performance, dispatch activities, and route optimization.
• Ensure on-time delivery, delivery success, productivity, and cost-efficiency KPIs are achieved.
• Develop and improve SOPs for sorting, dispatch, and delivery operations.
• Monitor driver performance and compliance with company standards and safety regulations.
• Coordinate delivery associate and driver training.
• Manage workforce planning and readiness during peak seasons.
• Analyze operational data and prepare actionable performance reports.
• Resolve operational challenges while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with UAE regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in the industry.
• Proven experience managing driver fleets and operational teams.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, decision-making, analytical, communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Proficiency in operational tools, routing systems, and delivery management software.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a similar industry within the UAE.
• Strong understanding of UAE delivery operations and compliance requirements.
• Familiarity with route optimization and fleet management systems.

Compensation

• Pay starts at AED 3,500 per month.

Work Location

• The role is performed in person.
