Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily operations to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in line with company standards
- Develop project schedules, allocate resources, track progress, and prepare regular status reports for stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, vendors, and clients to resolve operational issues, optimize workflows, and maintain quality and safety standards
- Support budgeting and cost control, maintain project documentation, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Strong operations and project management skills, including planning, scheduling, resource coordination, and risk management
- Technical understanding of engineering or construction processes
- Proficiency in productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Office, project management software)
- Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Previous experience in an operations, project engineering, or project coordination role
- Familiarity with health, safety, and quality standards relevant to on site operations in Dubai
- Eligibility to work on site in the UAE

Role Description
- The Operations Manager/Project Engineer is a part time, on site role based in Dubai.
- Responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring daily operations to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in line with company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Developing project schedules, allocating resources, tracking progress, and preparing regular status reports for stakeholders.
- Collaborating closely with internal teams, vendors, and clients to resolve operational issues, optimize workflows, and maintain quality and safety standards.
- Supporting budgeting and cost control, maintaining project documentation, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across operations and project execution.
Qualifications
- Strong operations and project management skills, including planning, scheduling, resource coordination, and risk management.
- Technical understanding of engineering or construction processes, with the ability to interpret technical documents and support on site project execution.
- Proficiency in productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Office, project management software) and comfort working with data for reporting and decision making.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities, with a focus on clear reporting, active listening, and collaborative problem solving.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Previous experience in an operations, project engineering, or project coordination role, preferably in a services or engineering related industry.
- Familiarity with health, safety, and quality standards relevant to on site operations in Dubai, and eligibility to work on site in the UAE.
