- Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures that optimize workflows, improve resource utilization, and enhance overall business performance
- Monitor operational metrics and key performance indicators to evaluate effectiveness, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive data informed decision making
- Coordinate cross functional teams, manage operational projects, and ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, strengthen operational excellence, and support sustainable business growth through effective planning, execution, and performance management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Management, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail
- Advanced knowledge of operational planning, process optimization, performance management, resource allocation, and business process improvement methodologies
- Proficiency in spreadsheets, reporting tools, business management systems, and operational analytics platforms
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong organizational and decision making capabilities with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Knowledge of budgeting, risk management, quality assurance, compliance standards, and continuous improvement frameworks is highly advantageous
