1- During Epc Phase
- Lead and coordinate all technical activities of the EPC project stage with the full support of a dedicated Owner s Engineer team.
- Review design documents (P&IDs, process flow diagrams, O&M manuals) for compliance with operational requirements.
- Participate in factory acceptance tests (FAT), site acceptance tests (SAT), and commissioning stage or ensure these tests are properly supervised and validated.
- Cooperate with the Human Resources department to recruit the operation team as per the needs and within budget constraints
- Provide technical guidance and expertise on STP processes (biological treatment, chemical dosing, sludge management, etc.).

- Ensure smooth and efficient operation of sewage treatment plant and the other project components.
- Supervise daily plant activities, including inlet facilities, treatment process, sludge management, and effluent discharge as well as the HSE.
- Monitor process parameters and optimize treatment efficiency.
- Implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems.
- Manage annual O&M budgets, optimize cost-efficiency, and ensure financial reporting.
