Operations & Logistics Junior Manager

Drive continuous improvement in operational efficiency and productivity at Toradex Brazil.

Establish effective and reliable processes for logistics, inventory, D365, and facilities management.

Ensure operational issues are proactively identified, communicated, and resolved.

Maintain appropriate inventory levels and minimize unnecessary inventory risk.

Provide strong operational support to Sales, R&D, and other Brazil teams.

Build strong, effective collaboration between the Brazil organization and global Toradex teams.

Consistently provide clear and effective communication in English with international stakeholders.

Advanced English communication skills, written and spoken

Available to work Hybrid from Toradex Office in Campinas/SP.

Business fluency of spoken and written English with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to anticipate challenges and opportunities, taking initiative to address them ahead of time.

Strong ERP knowledge, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Experience with logistics, inventory management, importation, or supply chain operations.

Ability to work effectively across different departments, countries, and time zones.

Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Strong ownership and accountability for assigned responsibilities.

Excellent interpersonal and interdepartmental communication skills.

Ability to develop and execute initiatives that align with wider global company goals.

Willingness to challenge existing processes and decisions when necessary to improve operational efficiency and reduce risk.
