Role Purpose
We are looking for a dedicated, full-time Operations & Logistics Coordinator to manage the heartbeat of our beauty and skincare brands.
This is a high-impact role that connects our warehouse, our marketing vision, and our retail partners.
You will be responsible for ensuring our products are legally registered, perfectly stocked, and efficiently moved across both digital and physical channels.
1. Channel & Partner Management
- Serve as the operational point of contact for all online and offline retail partners.
- Manage replenishment cycles for all channels to ensure 100% stock availability.
- Oversee RTV (Return to Vendor) processes and stock reconciliations.
2. Regulatory & Inventory Administration
- Execute and manage product registrations via the Dubai Municipality Montaji system.
- Maintain an accurate, real-time database of product inventory.
- Update inventory levels across various online portals and internal systems.
3. Warehouse & Logistics Coordination
- Work daily with the warehouse team to streamline picking, packing, and dispatch.
- Coordinate incoming shipments and ensure timely delivery to retail outlets and partners.
- Conduct regular physical stock counts and audits on the ground.
4. Cross-Functional Support
- Align with the Marketing Team to ensure operational readiness for new launches and activations.
- Provide on-ground support to store teams to improve operational efficiency.
Technical Requirements & Qualifications
- **Software Mastery:**
- Strong knowledge of MS Office is essential, with advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, etc.) for data analysis and inventory tracking.
- **Inventory Systems:**
- Proven experience working with Inventory Management Applications or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Zoho Inventory, or similar).
- **Experience:**
- 2–4 years in Retail Operations or Supply Chain, specifically within the UAE beauty/cosmetics sector.
- **Compliance Knowledge:**
- Practical experience navigating the regulatory requirements and compliance is highly preferred.
- **Attributes:**
- High level of organization, a "fixer" mentality, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
