About the Role
Xtreme Auto FZE is looking for an Admin & Logistics Coordinator to handle invoicing, Dubai Trade documentation, inventory management, and administrative support. Requires 1-2 years of experience in logistics or administration and knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and issue invoices and sales documents
- Handle Dubai Trade documentation and logistics paperwork
- Coordinate import/export and shipment related documentation
- Maintain and update inventory records accurately
- Manage and update vehicle listings on inventory and sales websites
- Provide administrative support to the sales team
- Handle general office administration and filing
- Ensure all records and documents are maintained accurately and confidentially
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in administration, logistics, inventory management, or similar role
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Experience with Dubai Trade documentation is an advantage

Job Summary
