Operations IT Specialist - Associate

The IT Applications Support Analyst (SAP) provides functional and technical support for SAP applications and integrated business systems. This role is responsible for troubleshooting incidents, resolving service requests, supporting system enhancements, and collaborating with business users and technical teams to ensure stable and efficient SAP operations.

Monitor and resolve SAP incidents, service requests, and work orders within SLA targets.

Troubleshoot issues across SAP applications and business processes.

Support SAP integrations, interfaces, batch jobs, and third-party applications.

Analyze root causes and work with functional, technical, and vendor teams to implement fixes.

Participate in system upgrades, testing, enhancements, and change management activities.

Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.

Develop and maintain support documentation, knowledge articles, and user guides.

Provide proactive communication regarding system issues, outages, and resolutions.

3+ years of experience in SAP Application Support or a similar IT support role.

Experience supporting SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA environments.

Knowledge of SAP modules such as MM, SD, FI/CO, PP, or WM/EWM.

Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Experience working with global teams and end users.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and ITIL processes.
