Event Operations
- Assist in planning and executing weddings, corporate events, exhibitions, festivals, and other live events.
- Support on-ground event setup, execution, and dismantling whenever required.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, production teams, and internal departments.
- Ensure timelines and operational activities are executed efficiently during events.
Vendor and Procurement Management
- Identify and coordinate with vendors for event materials and services.
- Source quotations and compare pricing to achieve cost optimization.
- Assist in procurement and timely availability of required materials.
- Maintain and update vendor databases and records.
