About the Role
Smile Link Dental Laboratory in Abu Dhabi is hiring an Operations In-Charge to supervise daily laboratory workflow, manage teams, ensure quality control, and coordinate with dental clinics.

Responsibilities
- Supervise daily laboratory workflow and case distribution
- Ensure cases are processed according to dentist prescriptions
- Coordinate between departments (CAD/CAM, ceramics, model room, finishing, etc.)
- Monitor production schedules to meet delivery deadlines
- Manage dental technicians and support staff, assign tasks based on specialization
- Ensure prosthetics meet quality standards and check final restorations before dispatch
- Communicate with dental clinics regarding case requirements, adjustments, or remakes
- Monitor dental materials inventory and coordinate ordering of supplies
- Oversee maintenance of laboratory equipment (CAD/CAM machines, milling units, furnaces, scanners)
- Ensure compliance with health regulations and lab safety standards
- Maintain sterilization and infection control protocols
- Prepare operational reports and track production metrics, remakes, and turnaround time

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Dental
- Leadership and team management skills
- Problem solving and decision making abilities
- Communication and client relationship management skills
- Attention to detail
- Arabic language proficiency (Required)
