- The scope of responsibility includes
- managing supply and logistics
- by coordinating with suppliers on product availability, catalogs, and timelines, overseeing inbound logistics and inventory planning, and ensuring alignment between supply levels and expected demand.
- The role also includes
- full ownership of the website and e-commerce operations
- , including maintaining and updating the online platform, ensuring accuracy and quality of product presentation, and continuously improving user experience and conversion performance.
- The candidate will be
- overseeing fulfillment and delivery operations
- by managing the fulfillment partner from order placement to final delivery, monitoring service levels and customer experience, and resolving operational issues to ensure consistent execution.
