Overview
- Only candidates with car rental experience should apply.
- Looking for an idle candidate with following experience
- Coordinate daily vehicle deliveries and collections as per bookings.
- Monitor fleet availability, utilization, and vehicle status.
- Ensure timely vehicle registration (Mulkiya), insurance, and passing/renewals.
- Coordinate with workshop/maintenance team for servicing, repairs, and inspections.
- Assign drivers and manage schedules for smooth operations.
- Handle customer issues related to vehicle delivery, replacement, or breakdown.
- Ensure all documents (contracts, Mulkiya, insurance) are properly maintained.
- Update ERP/CRM systems with accurate vehicle and operational data.
- Coordinate with sales and accounts departments for smooth workflow.
- Track traffic fines, Salik, and other operational expenses.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
