Job Summary
The Motor Insurance Operations Executive is responsible for supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of motor and marine insurance claims.
The role involves coordinating claim processing, ensuring accurate documentation, following up with insurers, surveyors, garages, and clients, and ensuring timely settlement of claims in compliance with company policies and insurance regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end operational support for motor and marine insurance claims
- Process and update claim files accurately in the system
- Coordinate with insurance companies, surveyors, garages, and clients for claim status and approvals
- Ensure all claim documents are complete, accurate, and properly filed
- Follow up on pending claims to ensure timely settlement
- Assist in preparing claim reports and operational updates
- Support the claims team in day-to-day administrative and operational tasks
- Maintain proper communication with internal departments and external stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with insurance guidelines and company procedures
- Assist in resolving basic claim-related issues and escalations
- Maintain accurate records of all claim activities
Qualifications & Experience
- 4–5 years of experience in motor insurance operations or claims handling
- Good knowledge of General claims, motors, and/or marine Insurance
- Relevant insurance certification or licenses (preferred)
Skills And Competencies
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Good attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Strong understanding of insurance claims processing and procedures
- Good communication and coordination skills

- Ability to work under supervision and meet deadlines
- Proficient in MS Office and insurance systems
Salary & Benefits
- Competitive salary up to **AED 4,000 – AED 5,000** (based on experience)
