Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Executive, located in Jeddah.
The Operations Executive will oversee daily logistics operations to ensure smooth execution of shipping and supply chain processes.
Core responsibilities include managing shipping operations, coordinating with stakeholders, analyzing operational data, and problem-solving to enhance efficiency.
The role also requires maintaining strong communication channels between internal teams and clients to deliver exceptional services.
Qualifications
- Strong operations and operations management skills, with a focus on effective handling of shipping and logistics processes.
- Proficient in analytical skills to evaluate data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with stakeholders and maintain clear, effective communication.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with international shipping regulations and logistics is a plus.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
