Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily manpower allocation and monitor work schedules
- Ensure smooth operational delivery across client sites
- Track staffing requirements and support mobilization and demobilization processes
- Maintain accurate records of workforce deployment
- Liaise with clients to understand operational needs and resolve day to day issues
- Support compliance with company policies and UAE labor regulations
- Assist in process improvement and report on operational performance
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize efficiency and service quality
Requirements
- Strong operations and operations management skills
- Advanced analytical skills
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills in Hindi and English
- Experience in manpower supply, staffing, or related service industries within UAE/GCC preferred
- Knowledge of UAE labor laws, basic HR & PRO processes, and compliance standards is an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and basic reporting tools
- UAE Driving License is an advantage
