Stryx Sports is seeking an Operations Executive for its sports academy operations.
The role is the first point of contact for parents and members and combines customer service, relationship building, organization, and daily operations.
The position requires ownership, independent work, confident customer interaction, and professional representation of the organization.
Candidate qualifications
- At least 3 years of relevant experience is required.
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
- Professional working proficiency in English is required.
- Candidates should have experience representing a premium sports, hospitality, or lifestyle brand.
- Candidates should be organized, proactive, customer-focused, solutions-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced sports environment.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations and coordinate with directors, coaches, administrative staff, parents, and members.
- Build client relationships, respond to enquiries, manage complaints, and collect feedback.
- Handle payments, refunds, collections, renewals, cancellations, and member records.
