Responsibilities
- Book trucks for UAE & GCC shipments
- Track vehicle movement and ensure timely delivery
- Provide shipment updates and maintain strong client relations
- Coordinate with transport vendors and drivers
- Handle customs clearance with brokers (UAE/GCC)
- Maintain shipment records, PODs, and operational reports
- Resolve operational issues and ensure smooth cargo movement
Requirements
- 0 – 2 years experience in logistics/transport operations
- Fluent in English and Arabic
- Knowledge of UAE & GCC road transport and customs procedures
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- MS Office proficiency
