Role Description
- The Operations Executive – Corporate Services Provider is a full time, on site role based in Dubai. - Strong client relationship skill with previous experience with a Corporate Service provider
- Strong organizational, coordination, and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ability to work with digital tools and databases
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage
- Attention to detail, accuracy in documentation, and a structured approach to problem solving
- Customer service mindset with the ability to interact professionally with clients and stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast paced, on site environment
- Understanding of corporate services, HR administration, or business support functions is preferred
- Prior experience in operations, corporate services, or office administration in Dubai or the wider GCC region is an asset
- Willingness to learn, adapt to evolving processes, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
