Position Overview
Operations Assistant role based in Dubai, UAE.
The position is full-time and requires in-person work.
Requirements
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Chinese language skills are preferred.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Confidence communicating effectively with different teams.
- Ability to multitask, follow up on tasks and work under pressure.
- Previous experience in an administrative or operations role is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily operational and administrative tasks.
- Coordinate and follow up with different departments.
- Prepare and maintain documents, reports and records.
- Handle emails, correspondence and routine office communication.
- Support the Operations team with daily follow-ups and coordination.

- Work location is in person in Dubai, UAE.
