Role Overview

  • Seeking a proactive, highly organized, and client focused Operations Executive to support day to day operations of business setup division.
  • Coordinate client engagements, manage company formation processes, liaise with government authorities, and ensure exceptional service delivery while maintaining compliance with UAE regulations.
  • Requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end to end company formation process across Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore jurisdictions.
  • Coordinate client onboarding, documentation, KYC, incorporation, licensing, visa applications, renewals, amendments, and other corporate services.
  • Liaise with government authorities including DET, MOHRE, ICP, GDRFA, Free Zone Authorities, Dubai Courts, Notary Public, and other regulatory bodies.
  • Track application progress and ensure timely completion of all client deliverables.
  • Coordinate with internal departments, banking partners, legal advisors, and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate client records, documentation, and compliance files.
  • Monitor licence renewals, visa expiries, and compliance deadlines.
  • Assist in developing and improving Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and operational workflows.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.
  • Support management in preparing operational reports, service metrics, and KPI dashboards.
  • Ensure consistently high level of customer service throughout client lifecycle.
  • Stay updated with UAE regulatory changes and communicate relevant updates internally.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or related discipline.
  • 1–2 years of experience in UAE Business Setup, Corporate Services, PRO Services, Banking, Financial Services, or similar client facing operations role.
  • Working knowledge of UAE company formation procedures and regulatory authorities preferred.
  • Experience coordinating multiple client cases simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with document management systems and CRM platforms.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
  • Strong problem solving and coordination abilities.
  • Professional client relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Experience using CRM systems and workflow management tools is an advantage.
  • Ability to perform effectively under tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
