Company Description
Soleste Design is a Dubai-based luxury interior design studio creating personalized residential interiors that combine refined elegance with warmth and comfort.
The team collaborates with clients and partners on bespoke projects in a dynamic, design-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily administrative tasks, schedule meetings, maintain organized project files, and support office operations.
- Coordinate with local suppliers, contractors, and shipping partners to track procurement, material orders, and delivery schedules.
- Handle incoming inquiries, prepare proposals and invoices, and maintain professional client relationships.
- Support procurement, basic accounting coordination, document control, and site visit arrangements.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement structured workflows to improve efficiency.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on operational or administrative experience within the GCC, with UAE experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Communication, or a related field.
- Candidates should currently reside in the UAE; candidates with valid own, spouse, or freelance visas are highly preferred.
- Prior experience or familiarity with the interior design, architecture, or fit-out industry in Dubai is a strong advantage.
