Operations Excellence Specialist - Digital Transformation

A Procurement Excellence and Operation Specialist manages and optimizes day-to-day purchasing workflows, ensures data integrity in ERP systems, drives continuous process improvements, and bridges strategic objectives with tactical execution to prevent supply chain disruptions.

Candidate should oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of raw materials, work-in-progress (WIP), and finished goods, balancing stock availability against carrying costs to ensure seamless operational continuity.

Process Optimization: Execute continuous improvement initiatives and resolve operational bottlenecks or ticket requests.

Implementation and execution of global programs like RTB-CTB, Kinaxis Mestro & Inventory management.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar), procurement platforms, Advance excel, Power BI, AI tools and Deep familiarity with plant-floor inventory logic.

Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving capabilities, and effective communication

Core Competencies: Deep understanding of inventory valuation methods, ABC stock classification, root-cause problem solving, and cross-functional communication
