Operations Event Crew

Position Overview:

Responsibilities:

• Work with operations department to ensure timely and efficient event conversions, including setup and teardown of equipment such as risers, staging, basketball floor, hockey glass, chairs, tables, pipe and drape, and other items as needed.
• Support the Operations Crew in preparing the facility for events and games, ensuring all tasks are completed to standard.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment; proactively identify and address safety concerns.
• Setup, maintenance, and breakdown of event items, including flooring, portable chairs, operable walls, barricades, staging, tables, and other furnishings and equipment.
• Safely operate and oversee the use of equipment, including pallet jacks, material-handling carts, and dollies, to transport items throughout the arena.
• Ensure compliance with all MSE policies and procedures related to risk management, safety, and emergency protocols.
• Utilize hand tools safely and effectively, including drills, circular saws, and other equipment.
• Other duties as assigned.
