- Plan and coordinate installation teams and site manpower
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely project execution
- Coordinate with production, procurement, logistics, and warehouse departments
- Prepare project documentation and maintain operational records
- Communicate with clients regarding site schedules, project updates, and coordination
- Ensure all projects are completed within agreed timelines and company standards
Requirements
- Experience in estimation and operations coordination is mandatory
- Experience in racking & shelving, steel fabrication, warehouse solutions, or construction industry preferred
- Ability to read technical drawings and BOQs
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under deadlines
