Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Verify documents received from Sales Coordinators for accuracy and completeness.
• Resolve documentation queries with Sales Coordinators.
• Prepare and create jobs based on received documents and customer requirements.
• Review document checklists to ensure all required documents are received and compliant.
• Handle documentation through Dubai Trade Portal and E-Mirsal.
• Prepare and issue Delivery Orders.
• Handle Bill of Entry issuance, passing, and related documentation procedures.
• Maintain accurate job records.
• Upload and manage documents in the company software system.

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or shipping documentation.
• Hands-on experience with Dubai Trade Portal and E-Mirsal 2.
• Strong knowledge of import/export documentation and customs procedures.
• Proficiency in MS Office and documentation software.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
