The Operations Director is responsible for the operational performance, financial outcomes, and leadership development across the clinic network of Rancho Family Medical Group.
This role provides strategic and operational oversight for a portfolio of 14 primary care clinics supporting approximately 60 primary care providers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care while achieving operational, financial, and value-based care objectives.
The Operations Director reports to the Vice President of Operations and serves as the senior operational leader for clinic performance.
The role oversees Operations Managers and Office Managers and works in a highly matrixed partnership with the Chief Medical Officer, medical directors, medical management teams, and corporate departments.
This position carries P&L accountability for clinic operations, responsibility for performance improvement, and leadership of new clinic launches and operational initiatives.
