About the Role

Responsibilities
- Provide strong leadership in Security Operations
- Oversee Incident Management & Crisis Response
- Ensure Risk Management & Regulatory Compliance
- Drive Strategic Planning, Growth & Operational Excellence
- Manage Security Operations Centre (SOC) activities
- Lead Staff Training, Development & Security Awareness
- Build Strong Client & Stakeholder Relationships
- Represent the organization and maintain high client satisfaction
Requirements
- WSQ Diploma in Security or relevant qualification
- Valid Grade CSO (Chief Security Officer) certification/licence
- Minimum 10 years of Security Operations experience
- At least 5 years in a leadership or management role
- Proven track record in the Singapore Security Industry (Mandatory)
- Strong experience in Investigations, Audits & Compliance
- Excellent Risk Assessment & Mitigation capabilities
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Willing to work weekends and extended hours when required
