Role Description
The Operations Director oversees daily business operations, improves efficiency, manages resources, and drives operational performance.
The role focuses on effective processes, cost control, service quality, and achievement of business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures.
- Oversee daily operations and organizational performance.
- Set operational targets, KPIs, budgets, and performance standards.
- Optimize processes, workflows, resources, and operational efficiency.
- Lead, manage, and develop operations teams.
- Monitor costs, productivity, quality, and service performance.
- Identify operational risks, issues, and improvement opportunities.
- Coordinate with finance, sales, HR, procurement, and other departments.
- Manage relationships with suppliers, contractors, and service providers.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and safety standards.
- Prepare operational budgets, forecasts, reports, and performance updates.
- Implement cost-control and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Management, or a related field.
