Lead Operations for a Premium Tea Café & Lounge Brand
Global Tea Café & Lounge Co. is redefining the café experience by blending premium teas, modern hospitality, and upscale lounge environments.
We are seeking an experienced **Operations Director** to lead multi-location operations, drive profitability, and elevate customer experience across our growing footprint in Doha.
This is a high-impact leadership role offering strong autonomy, career growth, and the opportunity to shape a fast-scaling hospitality brand.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee daily operations across multiple café and lounge locations
- Develop and execute operational strategies to improve efficiency and profitability
- Lead, mentor, and scale high-performing operations and store management teams
- Monitor KPIs including revenue, cost control, customer satisfaction, and staff performance
- Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure brand consistency
- Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to support business growth
- Manage vendor relationships, procurement, and inventory optimization
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and local regulatory standards
- Identify opportunities for expansion, process improvement, and innovation
What We’re Looking For
- 7+ years of experience in operations management within hospitality, F&B, or retail
- Proven leadership experience managing multi-site operations
- Strong business acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and P&L ownership
- Excellent team leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Experience in premium café, lounge, or restaurant concepts is highly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or related field (preferred)

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: QAR25,000.00 - QAR40,000.00 per month
