• You're a results-driven leader with expertise in health and safety compliance, vendor management, and technical building systems across multiple facilities. Your delegation and team building abilities enable you to develop high-performing teams across various locations and accounts. Working effectively with diverse stakeholders across the South Portfolio requires excellent verbal and written communication skills—and you possess both. You inspire confidence, build consensus, and drive accountability across all levels of the organization and multiple client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Professional certifications (e.g., CFM, FMP, PMP) are highly desirable
• Proficiency in facilities management systems, financial software, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel across South Portfolio locations as required
• Proven experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
