Operations Director

Role overview

Essential duties and responsibilities

• Standardize operational processes and meet compliance requirements across segments, projects, and customers.
• Work with Service Directors and Service Managers to investigate, analyze, and resolve field service issues and quality matters.
• Establish operating rhythms with FieldCore functions, service lines, field operations, and resource operations.
• Use lean and quality productivity tools to deliver process excellence.
• Drive operational excellence and compliance across EHS, quality, cycle, cost, and productivity metrics.
• Monitor EHS performance before and after outages with Site EHS Specialists.
• Develop and implement an outage best-practice plan.
• Support the RGM as an extended resource or delegate when needed.
• Manage, lead, and develop a team of Operations Managers.
• Travel as required.
• Work holidays, weekends, and overtime when required by field assignments.
• Perform other duties that support FieldCore's vision and organizational values.
