Evans Solutions Inc is seeking an Operations & Data Management Executive to support e-commerce brands in Doha. Responsibilities include order processing, inventory management, data entry, and basic accounting support.

Responsibilities
- Prepare, pick, pack, and process daily online orders accurately
- Check product quality and condition before packing
- Print invoices and ensure all orders have correct documentation
- Coordinate with delivery partners for pickups and delivery schedules
- Track shipments and follow up on delayed or problematic deliveries
- Handle customer communication regarding orders and delivery updates
- Assist with daily inventory control and stock management
- Perform regular stock counts and inventory audits
- Maintain accurate stock records and report discrepancies
- Track product expiry dates and ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO)
- Monitor damaged, missing, or slow moving items and prepare reports
- Organize warehouse shelves and maintain proper product arrangement
Requirements
- Valid Qatar Driving License (Required – No exceptions)
- Transferable visa MUST
- Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, e commerce, inventory, or operations preferred
- Basic knowledge of Excel, email, and business communication tools
- Good attention to detail and ability to identify mistakes
- Organized, responsible, and trustworthy
- Good communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow procedures
- Physically fit and able to handle boxes when required
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3 years inventory control experience required

Job Summary
- We are looking for a reliable, organized, and detail oriented Operations & Data Management Executive to support our growing e commerce brands, including (pet products).
- The role will be responsible for managing daily operations, inventory accuracy, order processing, data entry, stock monitoring, expiry tracking, basic accounting coordination, and communication with customers and delivery partners.
