About the Role
Folks Express Logistics LLC in Dubai seeks an experienced Operations, Customer Service & Brokerage Manager for freight forwarding and logistics. Candidates must have at least 5 years of UAE freight forwarding experience, a UAE driving license, and fluency in English.

Responsibilities
- Handle daily freight forwarding operations, handle shipments A to Z (quoting till invoicing)
- Manage Air Freight, Sea Freight, and Courier shipments
- Prepare and process shipping and customs documents
- Work on Dubai Trade, Calogi, and Dubai Customs systems
- Coordinate with overseas agents, airlines, shipping lines, and courier companies
- Arrange shipment pickups, deliveries, and transportation
- Follow up shipment status and resolve operational issues
- Provide regular updates and support to customers
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners
- Ensure compliance with UAE customs and shipping regulations
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Freight Forwarding and Logistics
- UAE freight forwarding experience is mandatory
- Experience in Operations Customer Service and Brokerage
- UAE Driving License Required
- Fluent in English – Spoken and Written
- Experience handling Free Zone operations and documentation is a remarkable advantage
