- Coordinate with the Procurement Team for material requests and timely availability of resources
- Monitor and assist with Inventory Control, ensuring accurate stock records and material movement
- Coordinate with the Vehicle Department to ensure smooth day to day operations
- Schedule and assign drivers according to daily workflow and operational requirements
- Maintain operational records, reports, and documentation
- Communicate with internal departments to ensure seamless coordination
- Perform other operational and administrative duties as assigned

- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, and Outlook)
- Good organizational, coordination, and multitasking skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
