As our Operations Coordinator , you'll be the heartbeat of the shop-keeping track of equipment, wrangling paperwork, and making sure every rental runs smoothly from pick-up to delivery. You'll partner with awesome teammates across operations, fleet, and finance, and you'll get a front-row seat to the action in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

This isn't your average desk job-you'll play a key role in keeping projects moving, customers happy, and our fleet in tip-top shape.

Be the master tracker : keep tabs on rental assets, customer info, fleet status, contracts, and paperwork.

Coordinate pickups, deliveries, and logistics magic -from hotshot trucking to cross-border shipments.

Help keep billing and invoicing on point (aka: making sure no paperwork goes missing!).

Partner with suppliers and set up purchase orders-because the shop can't run without the right parts.

Keep equipment visible in GeoForce (aka: GPS for our gear).

Pitch in with warehouse operations-receiving, shipping, inventory, and all the moving pieces.

Occasionally roll up your sleeves-tagging vehicles, applying decals, or helping with HSE safety support.

Cross-train with teammates so the whole crew stays sharp.
