- Keep organized and detailed tracking systems for all projects and undertakings
- Manage outreach to influencers, trade schools, construction worker, and decisions makers via social media and emails to engage external parties with various REEKON activities
- Keep track of outreach efforts and drive follow ups to conclusions
- Assist with social media and content creation
- Assist with assorted special projects and initiatives
- Oversee day to day office operations
- Provide administrative support to members of the leadership team
- Leverage AI based tools and workflows to automate manual work
- You have a high drive and hustle to get things done and won’t let blockers get in your way
- You’ve grown your own social media following with creating your own content
- You like working with your hands and have worked on DIY projects, construction sites, or similar
- You are outgoing and enjoy engaging with strangers
- You have high ambitions to grow your career
- You see things through to the finish line and want to work with others to drive items to conclusions
