Role Overview
The Operations Coordinator provides coordination and administrative support for Burger King and Caffe Vergnano operations in Qatar.
The role supports communication between restaurants, Operations, HR, Finance, Supply Chain, and Management.
The position reports to the Assistant Operations Manager and supports operational and service standards.
Operations Coordination
- Coordinate daily requirements between restaurant outlets and the Operations Department.
- Follow up with restaurant managers on issues, pending actions, and management instructions.
- Monitor outlet performance, operational activities, and compliance with company procedures.
- Prepare and circulate daily and weekly operational updates and reports.
- Coordinate store openings, renovations, maintenance requirements, and operational projects.
- Follow up on equipment, uniforms, supplies, and other restaurant requirements.
Restaurant Support
- Act as a coordination point between restaurant teams and Head Office.
- Collect restaurant information and reports for submission to the Operations Manager.
- Follow up on customer complaints and support timely resolution by the relevant outlet.
