Overview
- Supervise and coordinate train services and system operations
- Coordinate with maintenance and control center teams
- Prepare and submit daily operational reports (OCC logs, APM dashboard, DRR schedules)
- Manage service mode transitions with the Control Center
- Monitor CCTV systems and passenger flow
- Report faults, alarms, and incidents promptly
- Maintain accurate OCC logs and operational documentation
- Support incident management and coordinate with external services
- Operate SCADA workstations following safety procedures
- Ensure compliance with safety policies and operational standards
- Support Qualified Maintenance Personnel (QMP) when required
- Handle lost and found processes
- Ensure all reports and documentation are completed before shift closure
- Perform additional duties assigned by the Chief Operations Controller
