Change and team development

• Work with Directors to understand operational standards and translate them into practical processes for the wider team.
• Build, document, follow, and improve standard operating procedures.
• Learn new systems before helping introduce them to colleagues and become an internal point of knowledge for operational processes.
• Train and support team members, follow up agreed actions, and help establish consistency, accountability, and a high-performance culture.

Candidate profile

• The successful candidate should be commercially hungry and comfortable connecting operational performance with revenue, customer service, engineer utilisation, and profitability.
• The role requires customer confidence, initiative, problem-solving ability, autonomy, credibility, and the ability to lead through influence.
• The first three months include training and mentoring covering the business, services, customers, operational systems, quotations, scheduling, SOPs, performance measures, and AI and automation tools.
