Operations Coordinator is responsible for planning and coordinating daily grease trap cleaning schedules, assigning vehicles and manpower, handling client requests, and ensuring smooth communication between field teams and customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage daily service schedules for grease trap cleaning teams.
- Coordinate movement of vacuum tankers, drivers, and technicians.
- Receive service requests, complaints, and emergency call-outs from clients.
- Optimize routes and scheduling to improve operational efficiency.
- Maintain records of completed and pending jobs.
- Coordinate with clients regarding job timing, access permits, and work completion.
- Track vehicle movement and technician attendance.
- Update operational logs, job cards, and service reports.
- Follow up with field teams to ensure timely completion of work.
- Coordinate with disposal facilities for waste disposal schedules.
- Assist in invoicing by providing completed job details to accounts.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and safety procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–4 years’ experience in scheduling, dispatch, logistics, or operations coordination in the UAE.
- Experience in FM, waste management, drainage, or environmental services preferred.
- Good communication skills in English; Hindi/Arabic is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, email communication, and scheduling software.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage emergency requests.
