Manage staging projects end-to-end in our project management system — from initial client inquiry through installation and removal. Track status, keep records accurate, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
Be the primary point of contact for sellers, agents, and broker partners. Respond promptly, communicate clearly, and represent Beacon Davenport’s reputation with every interaction.
Coordinate scheduling across multiple ongoing projects, keeping field installation and removal teams in sync. Manage calendars using Google Workspace and handle logistics in a fast-moving, high-volume environment.
Assist with client invoicing, billing documentation, and financial record-keeping. Accuracy and attention to detail are essential.
Collaborate with our creative team on social content and client marketing materials when capacity allows.
