Role Overview
Support day-to-day operations of rides and attractions while providing a warm and friendly guest experience.
Maintain safe, orderly, and efficient ride operations throughout park shifts.
Guest and Ride Operations
- Welcome guests and organize queuing systems for rides and attractions.
- Enforce ride and attraction rules and regulations at all times.
- Complete ride start-up and close-down procedures correctly.
- Conduct accurate height measurements and organize ride platforms.
- Explain, distribute, and fit ride safety clothing when required.
- Ensure guests load and unload safely and efficiently.
- Check restraints, safety belts, and attraction equipment before and during operations.
- Use ride stop and emergency stop functions effectively.
- Keep daily ride documentation accurate, tidy, and up to date.
- Handle ride downtimes and emergency situations when required.
Candidate Requirements
- Good customer service and communication skills are required.
- Ability to work within a team and independently is required.
- An outgoing and enthusiastic personality with a passion for guest interaction is required.
- Ability to speak and understand English is required.
- Ability to remain focused and work under pressure during long shifts is required.
Work Environment
- The role supports physical ride and attraction operations and requires sustained focus during quiet and busy park periods.
