• This is a warehouse-based position requiring onsite presence during assigned business hours.

What you'll do

• Hire, train, and coach Mechanics and Fleet Support team members responsible for vehicle deployment and retrieval.
• Build a safe, compliant, and efficient warehouse environment that supplies a fully operational fleet.
• Define warehouse processes and best practices to improve operational excellence.
• Partner on operations projects and identify expansion opportunities within the region.
• Define and monitor KPIs for profitability, revenue, and operational performance.
• Provide complaint management and customer incident investigation support.
• Manage legal, regulatory, and safety issues with the local Government Relations representative.
• Maintain relationships with customers, regulators, city officials, employees, and management.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams on local revenue-growth initiatives.

About you

• 1-3 years of professional work experience, ideally including at least 1 year in an operations position.
• Experience leading teams or groups is preferred.
• Demonstrated expertise with the Dubai region and its operational needs or challenges.
• Grit, an entrepreneurial spirit, and the ability to work in an ambiguous environment.
• Sound decision-making, data-based analysis, and a cost-focused mindset.
• Fluent verbal and written English and Arabic language skills.
• Familiarity with Excel and Google Sheets; Tableau or SQL knowledge is a bonus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
